SHIPPING POLICY

The retail sale orders are usually processed in fulfillment centers existing in Turkey. Most of the orders of which destination country is the US will be processed in fulfillment centers existing in the US.

Your order will be processed in 1-3 working days and it will be possibly delivered in 7-10 days for the standard shipping. The delivery time will be 1-5 days in the expres shipping. There will some delay due to courier company or some other conditions affecting the shipment process such as the weather conditions.

The most convenient courier company will be selected to deliver your order in care.

All the wholesale and most of the bulk orders are processed in fulfillment center existing in Turkey.

Processing time of your order depends on the stock status of the ordered items. If the items are in stock, the order will be shipped in a couple of days after the payment is approved.

We use express shipment type and there will be no extra shipment cost for wholesale and bulk orders. The delivery time will be 1-5 days. There will some delay due to courier company or some other conditions affecting the shipment process such as the weather conditions.

We work with UPS for the shipments that of which the destination country is the US. For other destination countries, the courier company can be different but it will be guaranteed to be a qualified one to deliver your shipment in care.

It is customer’s responsibility to have knowledge about the customs rules of destination country and possible customs fee. If the destination country issue any customs fee, the customer need to pay it whether it is retail sale, wholesale or bulk order.
